The food is all delicious. They specialize in tapas, small plates to share. Besides the excellent food and beautiful presentations, the food always arrives hot. They have a wait staff bringing dishes out as soon as they are ready, so many waiters are circulating constantly. The wine list is incredible and reasonable, too. I sampled 3 Spanish wines, 3 oz. each. My husband tried a local beer which he really loved. It was just a fun dinner, in so many ways.

Great food done in Spanish tapas style. So much fun to try so many different dishes is one meal. The scallops were delicious. The chorizo with figs were amazing. The hanger steak was perfection. The service was excellent. A very enjoyable dining experience. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Best brunch around hands down ! Bloody Mary bar is incredible , if you are going to have more than 1 mimosa just but the bottle - way cheaper and they'll keep it cold for you !

Had their paella verduras - portion was big enough to share. Bold, complex flavors with plenty of nice toasted rice throughout. The kitchen was happy to make minor changes as I requested.Off the chart flavor. Damned good and worth a re-vsit. I will definitely be back for more. Very impressed.

A bustling and stylish West Hartford Spanish eatery that is part of a chain in New England. Lots of space for functions, a cool tapas menu, charcuterie and cheeses, paella’s and more as well as a decent Spanish and South American wine selection.

Best food in West Hartford Center. Been to each and every restaurant there, none of them come close to Barcelona in terms of overall quality - experience, taste, value and professionalism.

Good tapas and drinks! The restaurant turns into more of a club on Friday and Saturday night, so if you want a sort of lounge feel, this is a good place for you. My favorite thing offered is brunch on Saturday and Sunday. There's a Bloody Mary bar with all sorts of treats, and all the items on the menu are delicious. Enjoy!

We went for my best friends 40th birthday and everything was great! I would give 100 stars if i could. Staff was great down to the girl who sat us. Servers were great and offered excellent new choices that we all never tried before. Food was excellent as usual. This place never disappoints. Atmosphere is awesome. Great for the 35+ crowd, have a few drinks, listen to good music, eat some great food and enjoy your company. This time going was a stand out from the rest! Management should be proud of all their staff at West Hartford.

So, fantastic food. We did what the called the "Chef's Choice"...or something like that. The variety and amount of food was well worth it. BUT, they sat us outside when it was 24°F. The outdoor patio is not meant to be 4 seasons (3 would be pushing it). The heaters don't drive off that kind of cold and wind in the dead of winter. Don't let them sit you outside in the winter.

Superb restaurant! Very cultured. Friendly waitstaff and managers. I cannot speak highly enough for our experience. The drinks, the food, the experience in general was amazing. We especially liked the small portions, and you didn't have to order one dish so we were able to try out several different Spanish dishes. Because it was our first time there, the manager sent out two of his suggestions for us to try, both of which were amazing as well!

I loved this bar. It has great menu and not expensive. If you want to drink wine this is perfect choice.

Really good quality food but can be expensive. Great for sharing. Their bloody mary bar is so good as well as have mimosa pitchers.

This has always been a solid place to go. Went on Sunday and was happily surprised it was half off bottles of wine.

Great tapas and a friendly staff. Duck is a must try. Pork belly was fried on both sides to give a good consistency. Little expensive, but the happy hour deals can give you a good value. Ask for Rececca at the bar, she goes above and beyond for her customers. A wonderful addition to the staff and contributes positively to the experience!

Has consistently been one of our favorite locations for dinner. Whether it's a special seasonal events or friday night dinner the food is always good, with plenty of wine options to explore. It does get busy, so calling ahead is always wise.

Great crowd, fun atmosphere, right in the middle of everything in West Hartford center. Trendy folks. Expect menu and meal confusion. Yes it's tapas but it took 30 minutes from the first plate arriving to the last plate arriving. Overwhelmingly wine selection. All the food was good but we we all glad we weren't too hungry. They served bread with a splash of olive oil on a very small plate, way too little oil for all the bread. Staff was nice.

I came here with some coworkers for dinner/happy hour and was so excited to see all the options for tapas. I found parking right behind the restaurant and got a table at the bar easily. The prices were good for happy hour, some apps for $3 and sangria for $4.50. The servers were also extremely attentive and the food was delicious. Highly recommended!

Even though my takeout had a thirty minute ride home it still tasted absolutely delicious. I love this place. Croquettes are phenomenal!

Very welcoming atmosphere. Our waiter and waitress were absolutely wonderful. Provided good recommendations being that it was our first time and the wine selection was A+++. So many tapas to choose from! Definitely plan on going back again!

Great tapas!Aside from the fact that my wife lured be there by saying, "I know a great topless place we should go to tonight!" <joke!>... I really loved my dinner and had a wonderful time. The foods are varied and delicious. Service is very quick, even when it is very busy, And, it has a very vibrant vibe. It's a bit pricey, though.

This is a wonderful restaurant. The manager, wait staff, and excellent chef are FABULOUS. High praise to the chef and his delightful and delicious food: tapas to the main entree. The flan is to the best I have tasted. This visit was my first, but it will not be my last.

Wonderful food, everything we tried was amazing! The wine selection is great too. My favorite were the lamb meatballs and the sweet potato hummus. Food was severed very quickly and all of the staff was very friendly, especially our waiter.

Awful experience! Made reservations early during the week for Valentine's day and couldn't even get in. There was a line of people waiting to get in all with reservations. . Our reservations were for 7:30 and people with reservarions for 6:30 were still waiting at 8pm. Messed up our plans for sure! Everyone was standing outside in the 5 degree weather. No one messaged or came out to say what was going on. As a matter of fact they texted us, looking forward to our arrival. So,. Done with Barcelona. I would never go back! Their mismanagement ruined a whole night and wasted my time and gas money to get there.

Good tapas. No wait when we walked in around 5, were seated right away. One of the tapas we ordered never came but by the time our waitress asked about it we were already too full so she took it off the bill. Good service but there was a draft from the outdoor seating that kept coming in everytime the door opened & we were so cold!

Barcelona was awesome. The hosts at the Door are friendly and welcoming. The vibe is lively. If you're dining alone, on a date or with a group; it will be an enjoyable experience. The Menu is excellent. Delicious and wine selection compliments the entrees. The Spirit listing is refreshing. The service is on point. Courteous and Knowledgeable. It becomes a dancing club after 10pm; which I did not stay for but it is a happening place. I definitely recommend it. Enjoy!!!

Thank you Barcelona for an amazing night out. Completely blown away by the Burnt Basque Cheesecake (savory, fluffy cheesecake cloaked in a crisp, charred crust). I paired this with a glass (okay 2 glasses of Cabernet Sauvignon and I was not disappointed. Great atmosphere and service. Highly recommend.

The ambiance is great, food and cocktails amazing, but what sets apart BWB is the customer service. Everyone from the runners, to waiters, to the managers is so friendly and accommodating. I've been to several locations now (this is a chain) and my experience is consistently great every time!

Honestly was a terrible experience, took forever to seat me and my beautiful wife. It was our anniversary dinner and they could t even do us the justice of seating us in a timely manner! Our server was quite rude as well.

Well, let me first begin by saying that as a traveling business man I visit at minimum 4 restaurants a week with avg single head bill at around 75 USD. I tend to eat alot. So my opinion on this location may be harsh.There is nothing harsh to say!I loved this restaurant in Restin VA, and heck they did a perfect copy and paste of it! Meats are must have, shushito peppers are 100% on point they are actually a little spicy a small kick scale of 1-100 a 10. With a zest touch. Service is good and complementary sparkling water is always nice.
